Terms of Service

Business use only. Pulsr is provided solely for business and professional use by shops and their authorized operators. It is not intended for, marketed to, or directed at consumers. By using Pulsr, you confirm you are acting for business purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Pulsr connects to Square only with your authorization. The connection is read-only: Pulsr does not create, edit, or delete orders, products, prices, or other records in your Square account.

Your use of Square remains subject to Square's terms and policies. Pulsr is not affiliated with or endorsed by Block, Inc. or Square.

You may disconnect Square at any time. Disconnecting may limit or stop Pulsr features that depend on POS data.

Pulsr may offer free trials and paid subscriptions. Pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout or in your account. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees. Taxes may apply. Any refund policy will be stated at purchase or in your account settings.

You agree not to:

• Use Pulsr in violation of law or third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Pulsr, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service except as permitted by law.
• Present outputs as guaranteed forecasts or professional advice without your own judgment.
• Resell or sublicense Pulsr without our written permission.

You retain ownership of your business data. You grant Pulsr a limited license to access, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect Square and share relevant data with Pulsr.

Pulsr — including its software, design, and branding — is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials beyond what you need to use the service.

Pulsr is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Pulsr is a decision-support tool. All forecasts, estimates, projections, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. We do not warrant or guarantee forecast accuracy; preparation quantities; demand; sales; waste reduction; profitability; inventory optimisation; staffing decisions; or purchasing decisions.

All outputs are generated from historical data and statistical models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your particular shop, product mix, season, or circumstances. Unexpected events — including weather, local events, holidays, staffing changes, supplier issues, POS errors, and other operational disruptions — can make forecasts unreliable.

While we work to keep Pulsr accurate and reliable, the service may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in calculations or display. We do not warrant that outputs are error-free, and you remain responsible for verifying figures before acting on them.

You remain solely responsible for every operational decision, including production, purchasing, staffing, pricing, food safety, and inventory management. You must always exercise your own professional judgment. Pulsr is not a substitute for your experience, local knowledge, or independent business judgment, and must not be relied on as the sole basis for any decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulsr will not be liable for any operational or business losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service, including but not limited to: over-production; under-production; food waste; unsold inventory; stock shortages; lost revenue or profits; spoilage; operational disruption; purchasing decisions; staffing decisions; or other business decisions made using Pulsr. Any recommendation Pulsr provides is only one input into your decision-making process.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the total fees you actually paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and will in no event exceed EUR 100. Where the Service is provided free of charge (including during any free trial or beta period), our aggregate liability is limited to EUR 0, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We also exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or wasted or unsold inventory.

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages or changes of third-party services (such as Square), connectivity failures, or other force-majeure events.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pulsr from claims arising out of your use of the service, your business operations, your Square connection, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You may stop using Pulsr and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or others, or where required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use Pulsr ends. Provisions that by nature should survive — including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

Pulsr is an evolving product. Some features may be offered as beta or early access. Experimental features may change, be limited, or disappear over time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific feature.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Pulsr regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using Pulsr.
